La Maison de Rose is grown and produced at the Caves du Commandeur estate, resulting in a traditional style Provençal rosé. The soil composition is clay and limestone, which imparts enough minerality in the wine to balance the floral notes. The grapes are harvested at night to ensure the low temperatures with slow pressing to yield the freshest possible wine. Stainless steel tanks are used for fermentation and aging to preserve the true essence of this delightful rosé.
