I am a big fan of Danny Meyer as just about anyone who has dined at one of his restaurants tends to be. I consider all his books as must-reads and try to watch every time he is interviewed because I always learn something new. If you don’t know him, read the following bio that touches on just a few of his accomplishments. I will highlight some of his hospitality philosophy over the next year with some key points he shares and with any luck we might be able to interview a current or former stakeholder for our youtube channel.
