CHARACTERISTIC: Garnet red with orange
highlights. Characteristic aroma, pleasant,
intense. It taste dry, full, robust, austere
but velvety and harmonious. Aged at
least three years and preserved at least
two years of that period in oak barrels..
BEST WITH: Barolo is a wine of great
complexity and structure. Suitable for
aging. It goes well with red meat,
preferably game; ideal accompaniment
with mature cheeses.
