Cotes du Rhone
The vineyard is one of the most ancient wine areas granted of the Appellation d’Origine Controlée (AOC) status. In the 13th century, it became the wine of the Popes before becoming a recognized wine region with a great reputation, measuring more than 250km from the north to the south. The vineyard of the Rhône Valley is a world apart.
Blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Carignan.
Intense red garnet color. With a nose of jammy black fruits, cherries, licorice and spices.
Very round in the mouth with a finish dominated by spicy notes, particularly peppery and aromas of canned fruits. Very smooth finish.
Chateauneuf du Pape
A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre
aged in French oak for 16 months
A Chef’s dream because of its ability to work with a wide range of menu items. Full flavored with cranberry, roasted spices, white pepper notes and hints of crushed herbs lead to a fine lengthy finish that beckons for the next bite of food.
