Tasting Notes: Bright, deep ruby, blue to the rim,
rising to cardinal red. The aromas are pronounced and
fruitful. It delivers plenty of red fruit and berry flavors
like blackberry, strawberry and cherry with floral notes
(Lily of Florence, violets) and just a hint of spice. Fresh
and cheerful in the mouth reinforcing its fruity nose and
yielding to a lingering aftertaste.
Food Match: Pairs well with any roasted pork or beef dishes and can stand up to spice and rich sauces.

Ageing: 6 months in American oak barrel.
Tasting Notes: A lively, deep blackberry colour with
violet undertones. On the nose, this wine is clean and
powerful with cherries, strawberries and blackberries
making up the profile of this monovarietal Tempranillo
wine. In the mouth, this wine tastes of well-seasoned,
stewed fruits, notes of toffee alongside toasted almonds
and hazelnuts. A smooth mouth-feel with soft tannins
and a long-lasting finish.
Food Match: A perfectly suitable wine for drinking alone
or with all types of grilled, stewed and assorted meats
and mature cheeses.
